Team License: The report may be shared with up to 5 individuals within the same organization. Distribution outside the organization is prohibited. Enterprise License: The report may be shared across your entire organization. External distribution, resale, or republication is prohibited. Violation of license terms may result in legal action.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before report delivery. We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer. For Indian customers, applicable GST will be added to the invoice based on the provided GSTIN and billing state.
After successful payment verification, reports are delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided during purchase. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact support@horizonmarketresearch.com within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds after a report has been delivered. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances: - The report delivered does not match the description on the product page - Technical issues prevent you from accessing the report and we are unable to resolve them - Duplicate accidental purchase Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Custom research projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
